The Nutrisystem program is a complete home delivery diet that is super-easy to follow and convenient for the busy working woman (or man). For around $11 a day you get breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack (or dessert). The program is a calorie controlled diet focused on using healthy 'low-glycemic' carbs - so you stay full longer. Once you place your 28-Day order, your food will arrive around 6-10 business days later. The food comes with heating instructions and usually take about 5-10 minutes to prepare. Although about 1/3 of Nutrisystem meals do have some preservatives, there is no MSG, trans-fats or aspartame used in the food - a huge selling point for many people concerned about their health.
