Diet To Go [Full Review] Diet To Go is a diet delivery service offering freshly prepared diet meals delivered all over the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. Menu plans include low fat, low carb or vegetarian options. Prices range from $10 - $20 per day depending on the number of meals per day (2 or 3), portion sizes, how long you wish to commit and what type of plan you choose. The Nutrisystem program is based on a diet of low Glycemic, "good carb" foods with the addition of heart healthy Omega 3 fats and enough fibre to stave off hunger and keep your blood sugar stable. You eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert every day (plus other fruits and vegetables that you buy yourself). While meals are not necessarily 'gourmet', they are quite good and there is a large selection of meals to choose from (120 meals). Plans start around $10 a day which makes this a very popular program. There is also tons of online support options. The diet is a lower calorie, nutritionally balanced program that offers chef-prepared, fresh gourmet meals delivered to your door. They deliver all over the continental U.S. Prices vary from $21 - $26 per day depending on how many days you want meals delivered (5 or 7) and if you want snacks included or not. While Bistro MD is not as well know as other programs, they do offer gourmet, chef-prepared meals with no preservatives and are currently offering one free meal when you sign up.

There are over 50 Medifast 'meals' to choose from including shakes, soups, bars, drinks, oatmeal, chili, pudding and more. While Medifast meals may not necessarily be 'gourmet', they are easy to prepare (about 5 minutes each) and deliver very fast results. The average dieter loses up to 5 pounds a week. More affordable than some meal delivery plans - Medifast meals will cost you about $9 a day. They offer 5 different types of programs starting from $14.95 a day. Programs vary by method of preparation (fresh, frozen, chef-prepared), whether snacks are included, and any special dietary restrictions you have. They also offer Kosher Zone delivery - starting at $22.99 a day. Currently, Chefs Diet is offering 2 weeks of free meals with your autoship order.
eDiets Deliciously Yours is an offshoot of the highly popular eDiets.com. It takes weight loss a step further and offers chef-prepared, fresh meals delivered to your door, anywhere in the continental U.S. Meals are prepared fresh and have no added preservatives. The diet is based on a low calorie, portion controlled plan. You get breakfast, lunch, dinner and one dessert or snack. Menus are customizable and you can choose from over 100 menu items. The plan runs from $14-$18 a day depending on whether you want the 5 day or 7 day delivery program. eDiets Deliciously Yours is also currently offering 1 free week of meals. Meals can be purchased individually (for around $8-$15 per meal) as well as desserts and appetizers (which usually come in more than 1 serving). You can also choose from among several sampler platters (which serve several meals for more than one person). Sampler platters offer the best value and variety for your money. Home Bistro also offers specialty gourmet meals in several categories: Low Carb, Low Fat, Low Sodium and Diabetes Friendly. One of the best things about Home Bistro is that you can see (very appetizing) pictures of the meals, ingredient information, heating instructions and nutritional information before you buy. This is often not the case with other meal preparation services.
They offer chef-inspired, 3 or 4 course dinners as well as a la carte entrees delivered to your door. Entrees include Salmon En Croute, Chicken Montrachet, Seared Salmon Tuscan Style With Creamy Sundried Tomato Sauce, Herb crusted rack of lamb served with demi glace sauce and more. Gourmet Station ships all over the United States. Once delivered most gourmet meals take about 30 - 45 minutes to prepare. You can also often get free gifts with your meal, depending on the season
Their main product is the Wonderslim meal replacement diet kits (although they also sell diet aids like Hoodia, diet patches etc. as well). Plans vary by gender (the women's weight loss plan centers around 1000-1200 calories while the men's weight loss plan runs around 1500-1800 calories). You can also order 1, 2, 4, 8 and 12-week weight loss starter kits. Clients can expect to lose 2- 5 pounds per week on this plan which includes puddings, shakes, soups and protein bars. Plans start around $7 per day.
